YPG is a rich medium, also known as a complete medium. YPG Medium is composed of selected peptone, yeast extract, and glycerol in appropriate proportions and is used for the cultivation and fermentation of Pichia pastoris, etc. Since glycerol is in a liquid viscous state, our company provides YPG without glycerol, and when preparing the medium, add glycerol at a ratio of 2%.
