RDH Medium

RDH Medium 

RDH medium is based on RD medium and adds histidine, and like RD medium, it is a highly customized, completely defined medium that provide a clean background and controllable variables for the growth of microorganisms. It is mainly used for the regeneration of yeast protoplasts and the utilization of nutritional deficient to screen positive transformants of Pichia pastoris. The applicable Pichia pastoris strains include GS115, KM71, etc.
