pmirGLO is a dual-luciferase reporter gene vector specifically designed for miRNA target validation. Its core design involves tandemly linking "Firefly Luciferase" and "Renilla Luciferase" on the same vector, making it particularly suitable for verifying interactions between miRNAs and target gene 3' UTRs and for quantitatively analyzing miRNA regulatory efficiency. Its optimized element structure greatly enhances the sensitivity and specificity of miRNA regulation detection, making it one of the most commonly used reporter vectors in current miRNA functional studies.
