pGL3-Ctrl is a firefly luciferase reporter gene vector. Its design is simple and flexible, containing only the luciferase coding gene and a multiple cloning site, without any endogenous promoter or enhancer. It is a classic tool vector for studying gene expression regulation, such as promoter activity, transcription factor function, and signaling pathway responses.
