pGLuc-Basic Vector
pGLuc-Basic is a secreted luciferase reporter gene vector, whose core function is to detect the transcriptional activity of exogenous regulatory elements (such as promoters and enhancers) through cloning. Its notable feature is the expression of Gaussia Luciferase (GLuc) — a luciferase secreted into the extracellular space, which allows gene expression activity to be directly reflected by measuring the fluorescence signal in the cell culture medium without cell lysis. This 'non-invasive detection' property provides unique advantages for dynamic monitoring, high-throughput screening, and analysis of precious samples.
