Yeast RNA Extract Kit

This kit employs a unique lysis buffer formulation with strong lysis capability to rapidly lyse cells and inactivate RNases, effectively eliminating the influence ourities from fungi on RNA extraction without the need for phenol, chloroform, or other reagents. The kit utilizes RNA-Filter Columns to remove genomic DNA; after adjusg conditions with ethanol, RNA adsorbs onto the silica matrix membrane. This results in high-purity total RNA with minimal RNA carryover and free from protein and other conions, making it suitable for various downstream applications such as Real Time RT-PCR, RT-PCR, microarray analysis, Northern Blot, Dot Blot, PolyA selecti translation, and molecular cloning.
