pFastBac1 Vector

pFastBac1 is a transfer vector specifically designed for the baculovirus expression system (Bac-to-Bac). Its core function is to clone the target gene into the baculovirus genome and achieve high-level expression of recombinant proteins through insect cells (such as Sf9 and Sf21). It is particularly suitable for expressing eukaryotic proteins that require complex post-translational modifications (such as glycosylation and phosphorylation).
