Soil N-acetyl-β-D-glucosidase (S-NAG) Assay Kit

S-NAG is an acidic hydrolase in lysosomes secreted by soil microorganisms. Changes in S-NAG activity are closely related to certain pathological states of the body.

S-NAG decomposes β-N-acetylglucosamine glycoside to produce p-nitrophenol, which has a maximum absorption peak at 400 nm, and the activity of NAG is calculated by measuring the absorbance value increase rate.
