DTT, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon isomanganese peroxidase (EC1.11.1.13) is a ferrous heme peroxidase, mainly found in basidiomycetes, belongs to the lignin-degrading enzyme family, which can effectively degrade lignin and chlorides and azide compounds that are difficult to degrade in wastewater and soil.

In the presence of Mn2+, peroxidase oxidizes guaiacol to tetra-methoxylenol, with a characteristic absorption peak at 465 nm.
