Post-editing, no traces or resistance genes are left, allowing seamless continuation of subsequent gene editing cycles. The kit includes all required enzymes and reagents for experimentation. Users only need to synthesize a single sgRNA target primer to complete gene editing, ensuring high convenience. The entire experimental cycle takes approximately 2 weeks. Moreover, after the original sgRNA expression plasmid is cleared, a new round of gene editing can be rapidly initiated.
