pEcgRNA Vector 

pEcgRNA is a CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing vector for E. coli. The vector contains the J23119(SpeI) promer driving gRNA expression, which can specifically cleave target DNA in conjunction with Cas9 expressed from the companion vector pEcCas, triggering DNA repair mechanisms to achieve gene knockout or site-cted mutagenesis. Positive strains are screened via kanamycin and spectinomycin resistance in the genetic transformation system, making it suitable for gene function research and gene editing exploation in E. coli.
