pEcCas Vector 

pEcCas is a CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing vector for E. col*. It drives the expression of Cas9, which, together with the gRexpressed by the companion vector pEcgRNA, specifically cleaves target DNA, triggering DNA repair mechanisms to achieve gene knockout or site-directed mutagenesis. Positive strains are screenia kanamycin and streptomycin resistance in the genetic transformation system, making it suitable for gene function research and gene editing exploration in E. coli.
