pGL4.35 Vector
pGL4.35 is a member of the pGL4 series of reporter gene vectors. Its core function is to quantitatively analyze promoter activity or gene expression regulation by expressing firefly luciferase, making it particularly suitable for detecting weak promoters or low-level transcriptional activity. By measuring luciferase activity, it reflects the activation level of the NF-κB signaling pathway within cells. NF-κB is a widely expressed transcription factor involved in various physiological processes such as immune responses, inflammatory responses, and apoptosis. This vector can be used to screen activators or inhibitors of the NF-κB pathway, study the regulatory mechanisms of the pathway, or evaluate the effects of drugs on inflammatory responses.
