pGL4.74 Vector

pGL4.74 is an internal reference reporter vector in the pGL4 series, mainly used as an internal control in dual-luciferase reporter gene assay systems. It carries a kanamycin resistance gene, allowing the selection of E. coli containing the plasmid on LB medium with kanamycin. It complements the commonly used ampicillin-resistant reporter vectors, facilitating vector preparation in co-transfection experiments.
