pETBlue-2 Vector

In Escherichia coli (such as the BL21 (DE3) strain), exogenous proteins can be efficiently expressed through IPTG induction. The vector integrates the λ phage cI857 repressor gene and the T7 promoter system, allowing strict regulation of the target gene expression to avoid the effects of toxic proteins on the host cells. It also contains a blue-white screening element, facilitating rapid identification of recombinant clones.
