pCXUN Vector

The pCXUN plasmid is a plant overexpression vector containing a Ubi promoter, which can drive the expression of the target gene. The plasmid has an NOS terminator and a size of 12,008 bp. Its prokaryotic resistance is kanamycin, and the cloning strain is Escherichia coli DB3.1, cultured at 37°C under aerobic conditions in LB medium. Digestion of the empty vector with XcmI can generate a T vector, which can ligate PCR products with A overhangs at both ends. Additionally, with the help of the ccdB lethal gene, the positive clone rate of the gene can be greatly increased.
