pCXUN-FLAG Vector

pCXUN-FLAG is a plant expression vector modified from the pCXUN backbone. Its core function is to drive the fusion expression of a target gene with a FLAG tag using a constitutive strong promoter (Ubiquitin, Ubi), offering advantages of high expression efficiency, tag detection, and positive clone selection. It is widely used in plant protein expression, localization, interaction, and functional studies. pCXUN-FLAG is an efficient tool vector for plant protein research; its Ubi promoter ensures high-level expression of the target protein in plants, and the FLAG tag provides convenient detection and interaction study methods. Combined with the high cloning efficiency of the ccdB system, it becomes an ideal choice for gene function studies in monocotyledonous plants (such as rice and maize), and it is also widely used for protein expression and analysis in dicotyledonous plants.
