pCXSN-HA Vector

pCXSN-HA is a plant expression vector modified based on the pCXSN backbone. Its core function is to drive the fusion expression of the target gene and HA tag under the control of the cauliflower mosaic virus 35S (CaMV 35S) promoter. It combines advantages such as high expression efficiency, tag detection, and positive clone screening, and is widely used for the expression validation, subcellular localization, and interaction studies of plant proteins.
