pCXUN-HA Vector

pCXUN-HA is a plant expression vector modified from the pCXUN backbone. Its core function is to drive the fused expression of the target gene and the HA tag through the maize ubiquitin (Ubiquitin, Ubi) promoter. It combines the advantages of high expression efficiency in monocotyledonous plants, convenient detection with the HA tag, and high cloning efficiency. It is widely used for protein expression, localization, and interaction studies in monocotyledonous plants such as rice and maize. Containing the hygromycin resistance gene (Hygᵣ), transgenic plant cells, tissues, or plants that have successfully integrated the vector can be screened on hygromycin-containing media, making it suitable for stable transformation systems.
