pCXUN-MYC Vector

pCXUN-MYC is a plant expression vector modified based on the pCXUN backbone. Its core function is to drive the fusion expression of the target gene with the MYC tag through the maize ubiquitin (Ubiquitin, Ubi) promoter. It combines the advantages of high expression efficiency in monocotyledonous plants, specific detection of the MYC tag, and high cloning efficiency, and is widely used for protein expression verification, subcellular localization, and interaction studies in monocotyledonous plants such as rice and maize.
