pCXDG Vector

The pCXDG plant expression vector based on the pCXSN skeleton was modified. Its core function is to drive the fusion expression of the target and GFP tag through the cauliflower mosaic virus 35S (CaMV 35S) promoter, which has the advantages of high-efficiency expression, label and positive clone screening. It is widely used in the expression verification, subcellular localization and interaction research of plant proteins.
