The gene editing process leaves no traces or resistance genes, allowing seamless continuation of subsequent gene editing cycles. The kit contains all essential enzymes and reagents required for experiments. Users only need to synthesize a single sgRNA target primer to complete gene editing, making the procedure highly convenient. The entire experimental cycle takes approximately 2 weeks. Moreover, after the original sgRNA expression plasmid is cleared, a new round of gene editing can be rapidly initiated.
