Serum low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) Assay kit
Serum low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) Assay kit
LDL is one of the serum proteins, mainly synthesized by the liver, which is positively correlated with the occurrence of coronary heart disease and atherosclerotic damage, and is an important indicator for the classification and risk prediction of lipid diseases. The LDL cholesterol in serum was separated by precipitant, and the cholesterol ester was used to catalyze the hydrolysis of cholesterol esters to form free cholesterol and free fatty acids, so as to convert cholesterol esters into FC. Cholesterol oxidase was further used to catalyze FC oxidation to produce △4-cholesterenone and H2O2. peroxidase was used to catalyze the oxidation of 4-aminoantipyrine and phenol by H2O2 to produce red quinones. There is a characteristic absorption peak at 500nm.
