pCXGUS-P Vector

pCXGUS-P is a dual vector in the pCX series specifically designed for promoter function analysis. Its core function is to fuse the promoter to be tested with the GUS reporter gene, allowing the GUS staining reaction to visually reflect the expression activity and pattern of the promoter in different plant tissues and developmental stages. It is widely used in the study of the spatiotemporal specificity of plant gene promoters.
