pCXGFP-P Vector

pCXGFP-P is a dual-purpose vector in the pCX series used for promoter function studies. Its core design is to fuse the promoter under investigation with the GFP (green fluorescent protein) reporter gene. Through the intensity, distribution, and dynamic changes of the fluorescence signal, it intuitively reflects the spatiotemporal expression patterns and activity regulation of the promoter in plants, and it is widely used in research on the regulatory mechanisms of plant gene expression.
