p438-GFP is a kind of plant expression vector with GFP (green fluorescent protein) as the reporter gene. It is used in cell biology, molecular biology and developmental biology research. The fusion expression vector carrying the red fluorescent protein (RFP) label integrates the RFP label sequence on the basic vector438. It is mainly used for the visual tracking and functional research of proteins.
