pCXDR-peroxisomes Vector

pCXDR-peroxisomes is a plant peroxisome marker modified based on the pCXDR skeleton, a red fluorescent vector that targets peroxisomes. Its core function is to achieve the fluorescent labeling and dynamic tracking of peroxisomes in cells by fusing the red fluorescent protein (Ds2) with the peroxisome targeting signal (PTS). The original intention of its design is to solve the problems of complex operation and inability to real-time imaging traditional peroxisome observation methods, such as electron microscopy and enzyme activity staining, and to provide an intuitive tool for the study of the morphology, distribution and function ofoxisomes.
