pGADT7-Rec-GW Vector

pGADT7-Rec-GW is a Gateway-compatible vector modified from the classic yeast two-hybrid vector pGADT7. Its function is to rapidly construct a fusion expression vector of the target gene and the GAL4 activation domain (AD) through Gateway recombination technology, which is used to screen candidate proteins interacting the target protein in the yeast two-hybrid system. It has the characteristics of high recombination efficiency, no need for enzymatic cutting and ligation, and strong compatibility.
