pPR3-N-GW is a Gateway recombinant vector designed based on the yeast two-hybrid system of the membrane system, and its core is to rapidly construct a vector for the fusion of the target gene with the C-terminal of NubG through Gateway technology, while the bait protein is expressed and fused with the-terminal fragment of ubiquitin (Cub). The yeast two-hybrid system of the membrane system is mainly used to study the interaction between membrane proteins, organelle proteins and secreted proteins..
