pUC-pSPYCE (M) Vector
pUC-pSPYCE (M) is a bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) vector suitable for plant systems. Its core function is to express a fusion protein of the target gene and the C-terminal fragment of yellow fluorescent protein (YFP) (SPYCE (M)). When paired with a vector containing the N-terminal fragment of YFP (SPYNE173), YFP reconstitution is mediated by protein interactions, allowing visualization of protein-protein interactions within plant cells. It is widely used in protein interaction studies in plants such as Arabidopsis and tobacco. The plant series pUC-pSPYCE (M) is a dedicated BiFC vector for plant protein interaction research. Its optimized plant expression elements and enhanced SPYCE (M) fragment ensure efficient production of specific fluorescent signals in plant cells, providing an intuitive and reliable tool for analyzing the spatial and temporal dynamics of protein interactions in plants.
