pUC-pSPYCE(MR) Vector
pUC-pSPYCE (MR) is a plant red fluorescent bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) vector used in conjunction with pUC-pSPYNE (R) 173. Its core function is to express a fusion protein of the target gene with the C-terminal fragment of red fluorescent protein (RFP) (SPYCE (MR)). Through interaction with a fusion protein containing the N-terminal fragment of RFP (SPYNE (R) 173), it mediates RFP reconstitution and emits red fluorescence, enabling highly specific visualization of protein interactions in plant cells. It is particularly suitable for studying plant tissues with high chlorophyll content. pUC-pSPYCE (MR) is a high-performance BiFC vector for studying plant protein interactions. Its red fluorescent module, enhanced with mutation designs, significantly improves the specificity and sensitivity of detecting protein interactions in complex plant tissues, providing a reliable visualization tool for analyzing the spatiotemporal dynamics of protein interactions in plants.
