pESC-Ura is a type of dual-gene inducible co-expression vector based on Saccharomyces cerevisiae, with its core function being the independent regulation of two target genes within the same yeast cell. It drives gene transcription through two different promoters, making it suitable for studying gene interactions, pathway co-regulation, and protein complex formation, and is widely used in yeast functional genomics and proteomics research. pESC-Ura is a specialized tool vector for yeast dual-gene co-expression studies; its dual-inducible promoter design allows independent regulation and coordinated expression of the two genes, while its high-copy characteristic enhances protein yield, providing a flexible and reliable experimental system for elucidating gene interactions, pathway regulation, and protein complex functions.
