pNWT-X-GW is a kind of fusion expression vector integrating Gateway recombination system and N-terminal wild-type (NubI) fragment, which is commonly used as a positive control vector in the yeast two-hybrid system. Its core function is to express “NubI-protein fusions” as verification tool for the effectiveness of the system, ensuring that the ubiquitin cleavage mechanism can normally initiate the reporter gene signal. It is often used to troubleshoot experimental system or calibrate detection sensitivity.
