pNX33-GW Vector

pNX33-GW is a kind of Gateway recombinant expression vector specially designed for plant system. The core function is to quickly construct the expression vector of the target gene and the N-terminal tag NubG through Gateway LR recombination, and to detect the interaction between membrane proteins through the split-ubiquitin in combination with the bait vector. The main difference between it and pXN21-GW is the fusion direction of the bait protein and the NubG tag, which more flexible cloning options for bait proteins with different structural characteristics.
