Fructose 1,6-diphosphate aldolase (FDA) Assay kit
Fructose 1,6-diphosphate aldolase (FDA) Assay kit
Fructose 1,6-bisphosphate aldolase in plant chloroplasts is an important enzyme involved in the Calvin cycle in photosynthesis. The synthesis of fructose 1,6-bisphosphate and sedum heptatose 1,7-bisphosphate was catalyzed, and the responses were different under various stresses. Fructose 1,6-diphosphate aldolase catalyzes the production of 3-phosphate glyceraldehyde and dihydroxyacetone phosphate by fructose 1,6-diphosphate under the action of phosphopropane isomerase and α-phosphate glycerol dehydrogenase catalyzes the production of NAD and α-phosphate glycerin, and the change of absorbance value at 340 nm can reflect the activity of fructose 1,6-diphosphate aldolase.
