pX-NWT-GW Vector

pX-NWT-GW is a class of fusion expression vectors that integrate the Gateway recombination system with the N-terminal wild-type (Nub) functional fragment, commonly used as a positive control vector in the yeast two-hybrid system. Its core function is to express "protein-NubI fusions" as validation tool for the effectiveness of the system, ensuring that the ubiquitin cleavage mechanism can normally initiate the reporter gene signal. It is often used to troubleshoot experimental or calibrate detection sensitivity. The main difference between it and pNWT-X-GW is the direction of fusion between the bait protein and the NubG tag.
