pXN21-GW Vector

pXN21-GW is a Gateway recombinant expression vector specially designed for plant systems, with a core function of rapidly constructing a fusion expression of the target gene and the C-terminal tag NubG through Gateway LR recombination, and detecting the interaction between membrane proteins through the split-ubiquitin mechanism in combination the bait vector. Its main difference from pNX31-GW is the fusion direction of the prey protein and the NubG tag, providing more flexible cloning options prey proteins with different structural characteristics.
