pYES2-GW is a vector that integrates the Gateway recombination system with yeast inducible expression elements. It is based on the classic yeast expression vector pYES2 and has been modified accordingly. Its core function is to rapidly construct yeast expression vectors for target genes through Gateway LR recombination, enabling galactose-inducible expression of the target protein in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It is suitable for functional studies, activity analysis, and small-scale preparation of eukaryotic proteins. pYES2-GW is an efficient tool for yeast inducible expression systems, simplifying vector construction through Gateway technology.
