pA7-X-CFP Vector

pA7-X-CFP is a fluorescent fusion expression vector specifically designed for subcellular localization studies of plant proteins. Its core function is to fuse a target gene with cyan fluorescent protein (CFP) and direct the fusion protein to specific substructures of plant cells (such as the nucleus, chloroplast, endoplasmic reticulum, etc.) through a specific targeting sequence (X). Combined with fluorescence microscopy, it enables visualization and tracking of proteins within live cells and is widely used for protein localization and dynamic studies in plants like Arabidopsis and tobacco.
