pA7-X-YFP Vector

pA7-X-YFP is a yellow fluorescent fusion expression vector used for subcellular localization studies of plant proteins. Its core design guides the target protein to fuse with yellow fluorescent protein (YFP) through a specific targeting sequence (X), enabling visualized localization of the protein in specific substructures within plant cells, such as mitochondria, Golgi apparatus, and vacuolar membranes. It is particularly suitable for two-color colocalization analysis with proteins labeled with cyan fluorescent protein (CFP) and is widely used in cell biology research of plants such as Arabidopsis and tobacco.
