pEarleyGate201-YC(MCS) Vector

pEarleyGate202-YC (MCS) is a derivative version of the pEarleyGate202-YC vector. The core improvement is replacing the Gateway recombination system with a Multiple Cloning Site (MCS), while retaining the Bimolecular Fluorescence Complementation (BiFC) function. It allows the construction of "target protein - YFP C-terminal fragment (YC)" fusion vectors through traditional restriction enzyme ligation, to be paired with pEarleyGate201-YN (MCS). It is suitable for plant protein interaction studies that do not rely on the Gateway system, especially for experimental designs that require flexible selection of restriction sites.
