pKGWFS7.1 is a plant expression vector that integrates the Gateway recombination system with dual reporter genes (GFP and GUS). Its core function is to fuse the target gene with green fluorescent protein (GFP) and β-glucuronidase (GUS) via Gateway technology, enabling dual validation through fluorescent visualization of the target protein's localization and histochemical staining analysis. It is widely used for analyzing gene expression patterns in plants, subcellular protein localization, and promoter activity studies.
