pGWB17 is an important member of the pGWB (Gateway Binary Vector) series. It is a plant binary expression vector that integrates the Gateway recombination system with a FLAG epitope tag. It is widely used for protein expression validation, co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP), and protein purification studies in Arabidopsis, tobacco, rice, and other plants.
