pEBFP-C1 Vector

pEBFP-C1 is a eukaryotic expression vector used for expressing enhanced blue fluorescent protein (EBFP) in mammalian cells. Its core function is to drive high expression of EBFP in mammalian cells (such as HEK293, CHO, HeLa, etc.) through a strong promoter, enabling blue fluorescence labeling and visualization. It is widely used in cell biology research for protein localization, cell tracking, and multicolor fluorescence co-localization experiments.
