pA7-mCherry Vector

pA7-mCherry is an important member of the pA7 series fluorescent vectors. Its core function is to insert the target gene through the multiple cloning site (MCS) to construct a 'target protein - mCherry' fusion expression system, enabling red fluorescence visualization in plant cells. It is suitable for studies on protein subcellular localization, dynamic tracking, and multicolor fluorescence co-localization in plants such as Arabidopsis, tobacco, and rice, with particular advantages in scenarios where chlorophyll fluorescence interference needs to be avoided.
