pA7-BFP is a dual-expression vector in the pA7 series of fluorescent vectors used for blue fluorescence labeling. Its core function is to insert target genes through multiple cloning sites to construct a 'target protein - BFP' fusion expression system, enabling blue fluorescence visualization in plant cells. It is suitable for subcellular localization of proteins, multicolor fluorescence co-localization, and cellular structure labeling studies in plants such as Arabidopsis and tobacco, especially providing a unique blue signal channel in multi-channel fluorescence imaging.
