pHBT-YFP-NOS is a yellow fluorescent protein (YFP) expression vector specifically designed for plant cells. Its core function is to drive high-level expression of YFP or 'target protein - YFP' fusions in plants via a strong promoter, enabling visualization of yellow fluorescence. It is widely used for subcellular protein localization, dynamic tracking, and multicolor fluorescence co-localization studies in plants such as Arabidopsis, tobacco, and rice, and is particularly suitable for experimental scenarios requiring high fluorescence intensity.
