pHBT-CFP-NOS Vector

pHBT-CFP-NOS is a cyan fluorescent protein (CFP) expression vector specially designed for plant cells. Its core function is to drive high-level expression of CFP or 'target protein - CFP' fusions in plants through a strong promoter, enabling visual labeling with cyan fluorescence. It is widely used in subcellular localization, dynamic tracking, and multicolor fluorescence colocalization studies in plants such as Arabidopsis, tobacco, and rice, especially providing a unique cyan channel in four-color fluorescence imaging systems.
