pHBT-BFP-NOS is a high-efficiency expression vector of blue fluorescent protein (BFP) specially designed for plant cells. Its core function is to drive high-level expression of BFP or "target protein-BFP" fusions in plants via the HBT strong composite promoter, enabling visual marking with blue fluorescence. It is widely used in Arabidopsis, tobacco, rice, and other plants for multicolor fluorescence colocalization, low-background protein localization, and cell structure marking studies, providing a unique blue fluorescence signal channel for plant molecular biology.
