pCD2.1-CIR is a mammalian cell expression vector specifically designed for circular RNA (circRNA) overexpression. Its core function is to efficiently and stably express exogenous circRNA in mammalian cells. It is widely used for functional validation of circRNA (such as gene expression regulation and signaling pathway effects), molecular mechanism studies, and disease association analysis, and is especially suitable for exploring the biological functions of circRNA as competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) or protein sponges.
